Morweb CMS Inc. is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to spearhead the creation and execution of our marketing department. Our goal is to scale up by strengthening our online presence, enhancing engagement, and expanding the Morweb.org brand. If you're a creative and analytical professional with a robust background in digital marketing, particularly within the SaaS industry, we're looking for you to join our close-knit team. At Morweb, we value a casual work culture, great work-life balance, and a team passionate about driving results. *Key Responsibilities:* * *Strategy Development:* Craft and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to meet our business objectives, focusing on enhancing our online presence, increasing website traffic, and boosting lead generation and demos. * *Cross-Functional Collaboration:* Work alongside product management, sales, and other teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall business goals. * *Digital Marketing Execution:* Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, content, social media, SEO, paid advertising, and event marketing. * *Market Research:* Conduct research to understand target audiences and market trends, tailoring strategies to meet audience needs. * *Performance Analysis:* Use of advanced analytics, to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed. * *Content and Social Media Management:* Oversee social media strategy, including content calendar development and engagement tactics. * *Vendor and Agency Management:* Maintain productive relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to enhance marketing efforts. * *Innovation and Growth:* Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth within the digital marketing space. *What We're Looking For:* * Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on SaaS marketing. * Proven track record of driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and scaling marketing efforts. * Proficient in managing digital marketing campaigns and understanding SEO strategies. * Excellent project management skills, capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously. * Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, passionate about innovation. * Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data analysis and reporting. * Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across teams. *What We're Looking For:* * Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on SaaS marketing. * Proven track record of driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and scaling marketing efforts. * Proficient in managing digital marketing campaigns and understanding SEO strategies. * Excellent project management skills, capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously. * Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, passionate about innovation. * Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data analysis and reporting. * Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across teams. *Why Join Us?* At Morweb, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team that's committed to making a difference.
