<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong><em>Please note; this role is based in Mississauga! </em></strong></p><p><strong>About Us:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Dynamic Team: Join our energetic team of Face-to-Face fundraising consultants.</p></li><li><p>Meaningful Impact: Work with top Canadian charities and hospitals like Sick Kids, UNICEF, Canadian Red Cross, CAMH, Sunnybrook Hospital, Trillium Health Partners, Covenant House Toronto and Plan Canada.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Acquire New Donors: Reach out to potential supporters in outdoor and residential areas.</p></li><li><p>Adapt Outreach: Adjust strategies based on market insights and trends.</p></li><li><p>Resolve Inquiries: Address donor concerns and ensure smooth donation processes.</p></li><li><p>Facilitate Transactions: Manage donation processes efficiently.</p></li><li><p>Meet Goals: Maintain and achieve monthly or bi-monthly donation targets.</p></li><li><p>Market Research: Monitor competitor activities in the charity sector.</p></li><li><p>Documentation: Maintain accurate records of donations.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Education: High school diploma required.</p></li><li><p>Experience: 1+ year in sales or fundraising (Preferable)</p></li><li><p>Skills:</p><ul><li><p>Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to prospect, manage territories, and close deals.</p></li><li><p>Patience and motivation to handle donor inquiries.</p></li><li><p>Ability to build rapport with clients.</p></li><li><p>Strong negotiation skills</p></li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>Training & Compensation:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Training Investment: Comprehensive two-week training program.</p></li><li><p>Income:</p><ul><li><p>Training Period: Base pay or commission ($100/deal) during training (whichever is higher).</p></li><li><p>Post-Training: 100% on-target earnings structure with bonuses.</p></li><li><p>Earnings: Average weekly on-target earnings range from $800-$1500.</p></li><li><p>NOTE: At no point, the sales representative will receive both base pay and commission simultaneously.</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Probationary Period: First two weeks are probationary, focusing on punctuality, system mastery, and pitch delivery.</p></li><li><p>Work Hours: 12 Noon to 8 p.m.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Outdoor and Residential Areas: Engage with the public in various locations to raise donations.</p></li></ul></div>Company Description<div>We are a sister concern of Global Faces Direct.
