We are a critically acclaimed integrative wellness clinic offering naturopathic, chiropractic, and other natural services. We are looking for a caring and talented person who can be the welcoming face of our brand new location.
In this role, you will be expected to multitask and thrive in a fast pace environment. We are a small business, so you will respond to a diversity of needs daily, requiring you to be a positive problem solver.

Job Experience:
* 1-year administrative service experience - medical admin preferred
* Proficiency in computer skills, able to learn new software quickly (Optimatra, MS Office, Google Calendar, Google Drive, WordPress, Shopify)
* Able to work quickly, accurately and multi-task
* Excellent communicator and customer service skills
* Minimum Education Required: High School
* Lab technician or experience in supplements an asset
* Training provided
Reception Duties include:
* Greet patients and visitors; be welcoming, warm, courteous, and resourceful
* Schedule, confirm and recall appointments for patients
* Explain services offered by the clinic to potential new patients with clarity, warmth, and simplicity
* Collect payment for services, labs, and natural health products including accounts receivable
* Order supplements, receive orders, refill prescriptions and manage clinic dispensary in person and online
* Labs - providing test kits with instruction, urinalysis testing
* public relations, preparation of marketing materials and updating the website
* Submitting direct Insurance billing and proving insurance letters
Skills and Qualifications Required:
* Bright, accurate, and welcoming outgoing personality
* Ability to work independently, find solutions, and multi-task with a positive attitude at all times
* Good working memory and critical thinking
* Excellent communicator, patient, genuine, supportive and able to interact effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds
* Trustworthy and discrete: as you will be working with confidential and at times sensitive information
* Enjoy working in a team environment
* Supportive to clinic, staff, patients, other health professionals and the community
* Bilingual - an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $19.00-$22 per hour- depending on experience.
Schedule:
* 845 am - 515 pm Monday - Friday
* Extra hours jointly agreed upon on occasion
