POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for managing the manufacturing engineering team at all Carfair sites. Provides technical support to Production teams. Works with the Manufacturing Engineering teams in ensuring processes are being followed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Lead and manage the manufacturing engineering team to ensure they are providing their deliverables as defined on the manufacturing engineering visibility board and to corporate standards and expectations. Ensure policies and processes are established and followed to ensure goals and objectives for all regulatory and legal requirements are met with respect to Health, Safety & Environmental programs. Ensure product manufacturing processes are standardized and completed safely across all Carfair plants. Demonstrate a relentless passion for process optimization and efficiency gains.
