By monitoring the products and the accuracy of the facilities processes, the Inventory Coordinator ensures correct quantity and quality products get to the customer with the least possible impact to shrink.</span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>Your role<br></span> </span></p> <ul> <li><span>Ensure annual cycle count plan is on track by effectively utilizing cycle counting resources, assigning work through WMS (Warehouse Management System) and maintaining control of locations counted.</span></li> <li><span>Investigate Root causes of inventory discrepancies and develop corrective action plans with Operations.</span></li> <li><span>Investigate store inventory claims and make necessary adjustments.</span></li> <li><span>Resolve pending recount investigations.</span></li> <li><span>Assist in organizing audits as needed.</span></li> <li><span>Maintain effective daily processes to ensure accuracy of inventory.</span></li> <li><span>Update reports weekly to track count progress and inventory accuracy.</span></li> <li><span>Assist with regular cycle counts in the facility as needed.</span></li> <li><span>Responsible for adjustments made to financial inventory account.</span></li> <li><span>Update Distribution Center (DC) inventory to be aligned with Supply chain as needed.</span></li> <li><span>Investigate any other Distribution Center (DC) inventory issues, identify root causes, and recommend process improvements.</span></li> <li><span>Other duties as required.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span>The qualifications we are looking for</span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span>3-5 years in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record in previous inventory experience in a warehouse/distribution center environment</span></li> <li><span>Certificate in administration or inventory manageme- LocationBoucherville, QC
