Our team speaks your language and knows your industry inside out.</p><p>Join us to support our client, a leading North American retailer with a warehouse in Lasalle, in their search for a Warehouse Supervisor. This is an excellent growth opportunity.</p><p>- Oversee and plan daily warehouse activities, including personnel needs.<br>- Set performance goals for team leads and monitor team performance to meet company standards.<br>- Use performance indicators to guide decisions.<br>- Delegate tasks, track progress, and provide constructive feedback.<br>- Address work quality issues and resolve conflicts.<br>- Ensure employees follow company policies.<br>- Train employees to meet company goals.<br>- Contribute to implementing efficient procedures and productivity improvements.<br>- Conduct investigations in SAP.<br>- Promote best practices and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.<br>- Oversee equipment functionality and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.<br>- Act as the Warehouse Manager's backup in their absence.<br>- Fed Supply is committed to fostering equality and inclusive opportunity in the workplace and beyond.</p><ul><li>5 years of experience in a similar management role.</li><li>Intermediate Excel skills; SAP/WMS knowledge is a plus.</li><li>Proven mentoring and team development abilities.</li><li>Able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Analytical skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently or collaboratively.</li><li>Bilingualism is required.</li><li>Hiring Process: First interview with Lou REYMOND, then interviews with the client's HR and Logistics Directors.</li></ul><p><br>To apply: www.fedsupply.ca <br>Contact: +1 (438) 377 2088</p>- LocationLaSalle, QC
