Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement & Consultation: Establish strong relationships with high-end clients, understanding their preferences and requirements to recommend suitable vehicles. Deliver personalized service and create a comfortable, luxurious experience during the entire sales process.
2. Product Knowledge & Demonstration: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all the luxury and exotic brands offered, including technical specifications, features, performance, and customizations. Provide comprehensive demonstrations, both on-site and during test drives, highlighting the value and unique qualities of each model.
3. Negotiation & Closing Sales: Utilize negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining profit margins. Guide clients through the sales process, addressing their questions and concerns to close deals efficiently and professionally.
4. Financial & Documentation Handling: Collaborate with the finance department to discuss and finalize financing options, trade-in evaluations, warranties, and other sales-related paperwork. Ensure compliance with dealership policies and legal requirements.
5. Market Research & Client Outreach: Keep up with industry trends, luxury market demands, and competitor pricing to tailor sales strategies. Actively seek new prospects through networking, follow-up calls, events, and digital outreach, especially focusing on affluent communities and corporate connections.
6. After-Sales Support & Relationship Management: Provide after-sales assistance to ensure client satisfaction, offering services such as maintenance schedules, upgrades, and customizations. Maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
7. Event & Promotion Participation: Represent the dealership at promotional events, auto shows, and community gatherings to enhance the dealership?s brand image and engage with potential customers.
8. Reporting to Manager: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the manager, detailing sales performance, customer interactions, potential leads, and market trends. Communicate any challenges or opportunities, and collaborate on strategies to achieve sales targets and dealership goals.
