*Overview* We are actively seeking a polished, customer-focused, and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with window coverings or interior finishing products for homes and design. This position starts as an inside sales role (salaried) for the first month and will transition to an outside sales role with a commission structure based on your experience. If you thrive on exceeding expectations and have a passion for window coverings or construction sales, we want to hear from you! *Requirements* * 2?10 years of prospecting and sales experience * Experience in interior design or the window covering industry is a plus * Minimum of 1 year of post-secondary education * Intermediate computer competencies (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM) * A valid driver?s license and reliable access to a vehicle * Experience with reading residential and commercial house plans is required *Responsibilities* * B2B prospecting (builders, contractors & architects) * Establish and maintain a good working relationships with customers and partners during and after projects * Complete site visits and measures. * Build out quotes for clients and prepare all related order forms and quote tracking documents. * Provide current and accurate information to clients and any parties involved in the consultation process. * Provide all required reports to managers. * Complete paperwork and administrative tasks related to client orders *Job Type* Full-time, Permanent *Commission pay* $65,000.00-$110,000.00 per year *Benefits* * Healthcare spending account * Flexible work hours * Corporate expense card * Store discount * On-site parking * We offer competitive wages and benefits commensurate with experience, a great working environment, and room for growth and advancement *Work Hours* Monday to Saturday, 40 hours per week Hybrid (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday in the office) Only successful applicants will be contacted.
