*Role Overview*: As a B2B Marketing Manager, you will drive customer acquisition and retention strategies, create compelling marketing campaigns, and expand Labscubed's presence across key industries. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execute marketing initiatives, focusing on lead generation, brand positioning, and content strategy for our B2B clientele.
_*Key Responsibilities:*_
*Lead & Demand Generation*
* Develop and implement targeted, multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, SEO, SEM, PPC) to generate high-quality leads.
* Continuously track conversion rates and optimize lead generation strategies.
*Event & Trade Show Management*
* Plan, promote, and execute virtual and in-person events, including trade shows, webinars, and industry conferences, to enhance Labscubed's market presence and generate leads.
* Must be willing and able to travel within North America and Europe as needed.
*Web Optimization*
* Develop and execute an SEO strategy to increase organic visibility, targeting high-value keywords aligned with industry needs.
* Continuously optimize website content, conduct keyword research, and monitor search performance to maximize reach and engagement among target audiences.
*Performance Marketing*
* Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
* Use data-driven insights to monitor and improve each campaign's ROI, ensuring efficient use of the marketing budget.
*Content Strategy*
* Create and oversee a content marketing strategy, including white papers, video content, case studies, blog posts, webinars, and newsletters, to establish Labscubed as a thought leader in materials testing and manufacturing automation.
*Account-Based Marketing (ABM)*
* Develop customized ABM strategies for high-value prospects and key accounts, collaborating closely with sales to ensure alignment and drive engagement.
* Use lead scoring models to prioritize and qualify leads, enabling the sales team to focus on the most promising prospects.
*Marketing Automation & CRM*
* Utilize HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM tools to manage lead pipelines, execute drip campaigns, and measure marketing ROI.
* Optimize marketing automation workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
*Strategic Partnerships & Vendor Management*
* Build and maintain strong contacts within the marketing industry, including design agencies, videographers, and other external partners.
* Ensure access to top-tier talent for marketing projects, including content creation, design, and video production.
*Competitive Analysis & Market Research*
* Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential market gaps that Labscubed can capitalize on.
*Performance Reporting*
* Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI.
* Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve results.
_*Key Skills & Qualifications:*_
* 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation, content marketing, and digital marketing.
* Proven experience marketing to technical, industrial, or engineering-focused companies.
* Expertise in lead scoring to enhance sales team efficiency.
* Strong proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, etc.).
* Experience with ABM strategies and campaign execution.
* Established network of marketing contacts for design, videography, and other content needs.
