Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Cleaning service company. Service/clean. Car wash. Tasks: Develop and implement marketing strategies. Determine staffing requirements. Clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work. Manage staff and assign duties. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Shampoo upholstery. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: 3-4 people. Equipment and machinery experience: Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers. Air compressors. Pressure washers. Equipment, eystems and controls experience: Automotive equipment and systems. Area of work experience: Cleaning. Specialization or experience: Automotive interior. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Willing to travel regularly. Public transportation is available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment.
