*Overview* We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. In this role, you will support various construction projects by performing essential tasks that contribute to the successful completion of each job. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety on the job site. *Responsibilities* * Assist in the preparation of construction sites, including clearing debris and setting up equipment. * Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials. * Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. * Siding and roofing experience needed. * Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks accurately. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety. * Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while on the job site. * Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met. *Skills* * Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. * Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is preferred. * Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team. * Good communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and supervisors. * Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety standards. * Previous experience in construction or related fields is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
