Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff. Authorize return of merchandise. Establish work schedules. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Perform same duties as workers supervised. Monitor staff performance . Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees. Support for youths: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment. Support for Veterans: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports Veterans .
