What will your typical day look like? As a Warehouse Associate, you will help produce painted auto parts by: *(Responsibilities & Accountabilities)* * Loading, unloading, picking, prepping, packing, shipping & receiving. * Perform final inspection for order completeness and quality. * Adhering to the company?s strict quality standards. * This position requires the ability to transition to other tasks when warehouse orders are fulfilled, such as packaging or production duties. * Willing and able to follow specific instructions and perform repetitive tasks with minimal supervision. * Other duties as assigned by managers. What do you have to offer? *(Qualifications)* * A keen attention to details and ability to recall/remember applicable procedures. * Ability to work both independently and as a part of a diverse team, in a fast-paced environment; collaborations skills, as well as the ability to influence others. * Work with computer system to retrieve orders, print invoices/packing slips, and generate shipping labels. * Able to lift up to 50lbs. *Administration:* * Willingly accepts responsibility of sharing skills and knowledge with other employees. * Be a productive team member and help to meet established departmental and company goals. * Effectively gives and receives feedback and willingly ask questions and seeks direction when needed.
