*Position Summary:*
The _Residential Property Manager _will be responsible for the daily management, operation, and upkeep of their assigned residential property. This includes overseeing tenant relations, leasing (new and renewal), property inspections, building maintenance, and coordination of services to ensure that the property is well-maintained and compliant with all relevant regulations. The Residential Property Manager serves as the key point of contact for tenants and vendors, ensuring that the property remains a desirable and functional space for tenants. This position will have one direct report.

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*
_Leasing and Tenant Relations_
* Manage the leasing process, including new lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations.
* Coordinate with the Vice President, Operations to develop leasing strategies, ensuring optimal occupancy levels.
* Conduct onboarding of new tenants, ensuring that lease agreements, building rules, and procedures are clearly communicated.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with current tenants by addressing their concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner.
* Oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs, including walk-throughs, documentation, and security deposit management.
_Building Inspections and Maintenance_
* Conduct regular walk-throughs and inspections of the building to ensure that the property is maintained to the highest standards.
* Coordinate necessary repairs, routine maintenance, and safety checks in a timely and cost-effective manner.
* Ensure that the property meets all health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Work closely with maintenance staff and external contractors to address any issues promptly and efficiently.
_Financial Management_
* Assist in preparing the annual property budget in coordination with the Vice President, Operations.
* Monitor and manage property expenses, ensuring alignment with the budget.
