We are a well-established and fast-growing development company in Fredericton, New Brunswick. We are in the business of development at all levels, multi-unit residential and commercial buildings This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who is looking to contribute to the success of projects within a dynamic organization. If you have the required qualifications and skills, we encourage you to apply. *Duties include but not limited to:* Oversee planning and management of construction projects from start to finish Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Proficient in contract administration and project scheduling Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations Identify resolutions to project, execution (including scheduling), negotiate and strategize for project changes. Develops recovery strategies when project schedule or budget are in jeopardy Process all change orders Conduct regular site visits to assess work progress and address any issues or concerns Manage project budgets and track expenses Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and senior management Provide leadership and guidance to project teams *Skills* *Minimum 3-5 years experience in multi-unit construction* Strong knowledge of project management principles and techniques Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents Familiarity with construction estimating and bidding processes Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Proven creative problem-solving skills Ability to travel to designated job sites Strong focus on client relationship. Extensive trades contacts Valid driver's license with minimum 3 years and clean abstract required Criminal record check required This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully managing construction projects from conception to completion. A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
