As the *SaaS Product Manager you* will be responsible for leveraging your *industrial telematic* product management cycles, commercial aptitude, and industry experience with a high degree of empowerment to build dynamic and customer centric offerings.
*Responsibilities include but are not limited to:*
* Driving *product strategy* in alignment with the overall company vision and goals through market research, analyzing customer needs, and identifying market opportunities to define the product roadmap.
* Develop a *product roadmap* that outlines the product's features, enhancements, and delivery timelines. Prioritizing features based on customer and business value, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring the product roadmap aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
* Working closely with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to *gather and document product requirements.* This includes defining user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to clearly communicate the product's functionality and features.
* Collaborating with various teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product development and launch. This involves *coordinating efforts, facilitating communication*, and resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise.
* Overseeing the *product development process*, ensuring that the product is built according to specifications, and managing the product lifecycle. Conducting product reviews, tracking progress, and making adjustments as necessary.
* Developing and executing a comprehensive *go-to-market strategy* for new product releases. Creating marketing plans, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to drive product adoption and sales.
* *Monitoring the performance* and success of the product in the market. Analyzing product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize the product's performance.
* *Building and maintaining strong relationships* with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure customer satisfaction. Conducting customer interviews, organizing user feedback sessions, and addressing customer concerns.
* *Conducting competitive analysis* to stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
*Who you are: *
* 3+ years of relevant product management experience, preferably with products relating to SaaS, Cloud, remote and/or condition monitoring, or related IoT products
* Bachelor's Degree in a Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer Science or related technical fields
* Proven experience in successfully carrying products through concept to launch in the entire product life cycle
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Collaborative, and a knack for working with cross functional teams
* Adaptable, expert in time management and organizational skills
* Passionate about technology and continuous learning
* Ability to travel internationally
* Previous experience in the locomotive industry would be considered an asset
