Our new state-of-the-art facility near White Rock, BC, is home to a range of services, including Allied Health, Imaging, and Diagnostics. We?re looking for a full-time Care Coordinator to join our Concierge and Executive Health programs. If you?re passionate about delivering exceptional, one-on-one patient care and building meaningful relationships, we?d love to meet you!
*What We?re Looking For:*
In this role, you?ll be the cornerstone of each patient?s experience at Elysian Health. You?ll act as their primary point of contact, guiding them through their healthcare journey and advocating for their needs every step of the way. We?re looking for someone enthusiastic, organized, and skilled in clear communication who thrives on providing high-quality patient care. Every patient is unique, and you?ll play a critical role in helping them feel heard, supported, and well-cared for throughout their time with us.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Deliver compassionate, top-tier patient care. Be the first point of contact for new patients and manage their inquiries.
* Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure patient needs are met.
* Register new patients, create electronic medical records, and maintain accurate files.
* Schedule and coordinate patient appointments seamlessly. Maintain the clinic?s organization and tidiness.
* Process billing for both private patients and MSP.
*Requirements: Education, Training, and Experience*
* Medical Office Assistant (MOA) Diploma or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service (preferred).
* At least 2 years of experience as an MOA or in a similar role (preferred)
* Familiarity with Jane App and/or Plexia is an asset.
Knowledge of both the private and public healthcare systems is an advantage.

* Proficiency with word processing and electronic medical record software.
* Familiarity with medical terminology and a professional, reliable attitude.
