*Overview* We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Travel Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients plan and book their dream vacations, ensuring a seamless travel experience from start to finish. You will leverage your knowledge of destinations, accommodations, and travel logistics to create personalized itineraries that meet the unique needs of each client. If you have a flair for sales and a commitment to exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you! *Responsibilities* * Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements. * Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client interests. * Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel arrangements. * Provide clients with detailed itineraries and travel documentation. * Handle changes or cancellations in a timely manner while maintaining excellent customer relations. * Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information. * Promote special offers and packages to enhance sales opportunities. * Address any issues or concerns that arise during the booking process or while clients are traveling. *Experience* * GSD (sabre amadeus apollo galileo) Join us in creating unforgettable experiences for travelers around the world! *Qualifications* * Customer service experience * Strong sales skills * Background in hotel industry or hospitality * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $2,791.67-$5,500.00 per month Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Commission pay * Tips Flexible language requirement: * English not required * French not required Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationAbbotsford, BC
