Responsibilities
Tasks

Advise on trust account investments

Identify clients' financial goals and objectives

Analyze clients' financial records

Develop financial plans for clients

Make recommendations concerning cash management, insurance coverage, investment planning, retirement and estate planning

Arrange for sale of financial products and investments

Underwrite new issues of stocks and bonds

Negotiate with corporations and government to determine the type and terms of new securities issue

Prepare offering prospectus for new issues of stocks and bonds

Negotiate mortgage loans and make application for mortgage to lenders or lending institutions on behalf of client

Administer estate, personal, charitable, corporate and other types of trusts, direct trust account investments, receive and record investment income and disburse trust funds

Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits
