We are currently looking for a team-oriented full-time *Welder *to join our team located in *London Ontario.* *Job Summary:* The Welder/Fitter is responsible for welding materials such as stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, and repairing damaged components utilizing MIG and TIG welding techniques. *The responsibilities of a Welder include:* * Weld stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum components * Utilize MIG and TIG welding techniques * Read and understand blueprints to determine appropriate welding sequence and fixture requirements * Follow all welding safety procedures * Verify finished work using tool such as calipers and protractors to ensure proper angles and dimensions * Support and mentor junior-level employees * Actively train junior-level employees *Education, Skills, and Job Requirements:* * 433A Industrial Mechanic Millwright or 456A Welder tickets, or equivalent experience * Proficient with TIG and MIG welding techniques * Experience TIG welding aluminum * Firm understanding of weld symbols/GD&T callouts * Effectively multitask, prioritize, and organize work to meet deadlines *Armo-Tool offers a very competitive compensation package and other perks including:* * *Climate controlled facility* * Safety shoe allowances * Tooling allowances * Medical, dental, and vision care * AD&D benefits * *Registered pension plan* We thank all those who apply, however only those considered for an interview will be contacted. _Armo-Tool Ltd. is an equal opportunity employer.
