If you're ready to join a high-performing team and make an impact on your community, On Point is the place for you. *Position Overview* We are seeking an intermediate *Civil Engineer* for a full-time, permanent position. This role offers the opportunity to lead and mentor, manage projects, and support our clients with expert guidance from concept through to completion. *Key Responsibilities* * Develop preliminary and detailed designs for civil infrastructure projects, including roads, water systems, and sewers. * Prepare design briefs, technical reports, and contract documentation. * Mentor Engineers-in-Training (EITs) and technologists, supporting their growth and development. * Lead the construction administration phase, ensuring project goals and standards are met. * Manage projects, serving as a primary client contact to ensure exceptional client satisfaction. * Oversee civil construction activities, providing sign-off as the Engineer In Charge. *Requirements & Qualifications* * Professional Engineer designation in British Columbia (or eligibility for registration) * A strong technical foundation with 4+ years of experience in municipal, transportation, or land development engineering * Valid BC driver?s license Commitment to our core values: - Providing an exceptional client experience - Taking pride in delivering high-quality results - Professionalism in all interactions - Confidence in your technical expertise - Entrepreneurial spirit and initiative *Why Join On Point? * We believe in fostering a balanced work environment where you can grow both professionally and personally.
