*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Insulator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing insulation materials in various structures to enhance energy efficiency and comfort. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work with various hand tools and materials. The Insulator will work closely with other construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. *Duties* * Install insulation in walls, ceilings, and floors according to specifications and building codes. * Read and interpret blueprints to determine the appropriate insulation materials and methods required for each project. * Utilize hand tools effectively for cutting, fitting, and securing insulation materials. * Apply caulking as needed to seal gaps and improve energy efficiency. * Assist in drywall installation when required, ensuring a seamless integration with insulation work. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. * Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in insulation installation or related construction fields is preferred. * Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding technical drawings is essential. * Familiarity with various hand tools used in construction, including saws, drills, and measuring devices. * Knowledge of caulking techniques and drywall installation is a plus. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials.
