Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Outdoors. Noisy. Dusty. Work setting: Various locations. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt. Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites. Level earth to fine grade specifications. Assist in demolishing buildings. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction. Communicate technical problems, processes and solutions. Make decisions on tests and procedures. Construction specialization: Industrial, commercial and institutional. Residential.
