As the the Brand Coordinator, you will report to the Brand Manager and you will support the Amazon Sales Team by contributing to the creation of product pages and brand stores through uploading content for online brand presence. You will be responsible for making sure all images, videos and product content is up to date and communicating and providing support to Marketplace managers worldwide. You will also anticipate and resolve problems while keeping the Brand Manager updated on the status of projects. Your role?- Coordinates and has direct responsibility for loading images in the USA marketplace and worldwide; - Assists Marketplace Managers when it comes to optimizing content, images and videos; - Supports the Brand Manager with Amazon Vendor Central issues by reaching out to the necessary Amazon Vendor Manager for assistance and/or through Amazon Contact Us Cases; - Maintains and updates Brand Stores by refreshing the home page and item selection/highlights every 3 months or seasonally, as needed and requested;- Communicates with copywriting team to get any updates or changes to keywords and/or content;- Maintains and develops a tracking process for page listing optimizations by brand and reviews product pages daily to ensure they are current and follow branding guidelines;- Executes Amazon posts 2 to 3 times a week with guidance from Brand Manager and Marketplace Managers;- Keeps up to date with new Amazon Vendor Central platform features, stays curious about industry trends and takes on the role as the Amazon expert and shares knowledge with the team.What we?re looking for?- 2+ years of experience in an ecommerce coordinator position- Post-secondary degree in business, marketing, e-commerce or a related field- Strong written and oral communication skills and comfortable communicating with various stakeholders including external partners- Exemplary project management capabilities, critical thinking, problem-solving, with capability to prioritize multiple tasks based on Amazon strict deadlines- Strong Excel competency to easily distill large sheets of data- A detailed oriented person with a passion for online brand consistency - A good understanding of Amazon Vendor Central and capacity to maneuver the interface Curious? Language of work for positions permanently located in QuebecKnowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and suppliers in Quebec as necessary.
