*Do you have what it takes?*
· Previous reception, front of house or concierge experience
· Previous experience as a Medical Aesthetician Industry (beneficial)
· Proficiency in using technology and multiple CRM focused platforms
· Retail Experience (beneficial)
· Outstanding communication and client rapport (Required)
· Possess a professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance
· Strong Administrative skills
· Ability to problem solve and have a solution oriented mindset
· Outgoing and welcoming persona

Responsibilities:
· Provide five-star holistic and ethical care to our dedicated patients
· Be the welcoming face of the clinic and the first port of call for all patients entering the clinic.
· Partake in ongoing patient retention activities, including patient liaison, loyalty programs,
managing cancellation lists and event execution.
· Manage the patient intake process,
· Billing and Invoice management.
· Maintain patient flow and waiting room management.
- Maintain a wide and expansive product knowledge, including retail offerings and treatment offerings
· Inventory management
· Effect the use of a variety of communication platforms and software.
· Work effectively both independently and in teams.
· Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
