It leads the way in innovative practice while honouring its deeply rooted traditions.<p> The policy of Vancouver College is to hire, when available, qualified Catholics, who in addition to carrying out their professional responsibilities will model the values espoused by Blessed Edmund Rice as articulated by the schools Essential Elements .MIDDLE AND SENIOR SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANT<p>Terms: <p> Full Time <p> remainder of 2024-25 school year (with possibility for renewal) <p> Specific Duties <p> Support student learning either one on one or in small groups. <p> Work cooperatively with colleagues within his/her department and across the school. <p> Participate fully in student-learning and extracurricular activities outside of the school day. <p> Strong working understanding of differentiated instruction as it applies to teaching in an all boys school. <p> Strong working knowledge of current pedagogy, sound assessment practices and learning empowered by technology.<p>Extra-Curricular <p> Demonstrated commitment to extracurricular and co-curricular endeavors is a requirementSalary Range : $42,000-48,000 per annum<p> Application Deadline : Submit a resume to Mr. Daryl Weaver, Principal at hroffice@vancouvercollege.ca by November 19, 2024.<p> Employment Start Date : ASAP- LocationVancouver, BC
