Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Dementia Housing Department: Long Term Care, Brentwood House/Sluggett House Location: Brentwood Bay, BC Days/Hours of Work: Monday -Friday 8:30am -4:30pm Union: BCNU JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to the Long Term Care Manager, the RN is responsible for Quality Nursing care at Brentwood House and Sluggett House. The RN performs assessments and, in conjunction with the Manager and LPN, assists in developing and coordinating the implementation of individualized care plans and maintains dignity and respect for residents' rights. The RN will support a Social Model of individualized care in collaborating with residents, family, and a multi-disciplinary team. The RN operates within an environment that encourages resident and staff participation and promotes- LocationBrentwood Bay, BC
