Job details
Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. Tasks: Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions. Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine extent of repair required. Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts. Welding experience. Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturers' specifications. Clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work. Perform repair work on heavy trucks. Service attachments and working tools. Perform other routine maintenance. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Driver's License (Class 3 or D). Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Manual dexterity. Personal suitability: Dependability. Reliability. Organized. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?. Do you have previous experience in this field of employment?.
