Bertone is known for its dynamic team, its family atmosphere, its visionary and innovative developments as well as its entrepreneurial mindset and creative approach.</strong></em></p><p></p><p><strong>Description <br></strong>As the ideal candidate, you have at least 5 to 10 years of relevant experience as a site superintendent for residential wood structure projects. You have proven expertise in Quebec construction methods, codes, standards and regulations<strong>. </strong><strong>Our residential construction project is located in CANDIAC.<br></strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li>Manage a project under the supervision of the Project Manager;</li><li>Ensure that work is carried out efficiently, productively and safely;</li><li>Independently coordinate site activities in compliance with the customer's plans and specifications;</li><li>Enforce compliance of suppliers and subcontractors with contractual requirements;</li><li>Write site reports, complete control sheets, receive materials delivered to site;</li><li>Plan construction schedules and ensure compliance;</li><li>Inform the project manager of progress and make any necessary adjustments to the work schedule;</li><li>Follow up with the project manager to ensure that all required documents are up to date;</li><li>Eliminate all deficiencies in order to receive provisional and final acceptance of the project;</li><li>Manage material, equipment, labor and subcontracting requirements;</li><li>Any other related tasks.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong><em>The masculine gender is used without discrimination and for the sole purpose of lightening the text.</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Only selected candidates will be contacted.</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>_</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Bertone promotes the inclusion and diversity of its resources.
