The Flower Shop on Hill Avenue (opened Oct 2020).(Companion shop to KitchenGear - opened 2003) is seeking a Part-time experienced florist/designer to join our team/family! The ideal candidate is a creative individual familiar with current floral design trends, has previous retail experience, very passionate about their work, highly motivated and enthusiastic. Must communicate clearly verbally in person, phone and via e-mail with customers, co-workers, suppliers and management. Duties/Qualifications include:- Designing hand-tied bouquets, vase arrangements, wedding florals, memorial service arrangements- Planting planters- Floral design experience (2+ years)- Superior customer service and communication skills in person and over the phone- Knowledge of retail/florist management best practices (ie: cost reduction and minimizing waste)- The successful candidate should have a cheerful and friendly disposition, be self-motivated and a team player that has the ability to adapt to a fast paced environment Job Types: Part-time Salary: $17.50 to $19.00 /hour- LocationRegina, SK
