*Job Overview* We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Volleyball Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in volleyball and be passionate about teaching and inspiring players of all ages and skill levels. This role will involve creating dynamic training programs, leading practices, and cultivating a positive, team-oriented environment. The Volleyball Coach will be instrumental in developing players' skills, promoting teamwork, and fostering a culture of respect and sportsmanship. *Responsibilities* * Design and implement tailored training programs for various skill levels and age groups. * Lead regular practices focused on skill development, strategy, and team cohesion. * Educate players on volleyball rules, strategies, and good sportsmanship. * Track player progress, offering constructive feedback and guidance for improvement. * Conduct team meetings to discuss goals, strategies, and match preparation. * Collaborate with other coaches and staff for a cohesive training approach. * Promote an inclusive and positive team environment that encourages personal growth. * Assist in organizing matches and competitions, including scheduling and team preparation. *Experience* * Previous volleyball coaching experience is preferred but not mandatory; a strong understanding of the game is essential. * Excellent communication skills with a passion for motivating and educating players. * Willingness to invest in personal coaching development, including workshops and training sessions. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.55-$25.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Day shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Morning shift * Night shift * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person- LocationPickering, ON
