Care Medical Imaging Clinic in Richmond-hill, ON is seeking a dedicated part-time X-Ray technician to join our thriving team. We are a diverse team of technicians committed to providing our patients with the excellent care they need. Candidate complement our team with good communication skills, attention to detail, and patient care. *Qualifications:* * CMRITO and BMD certifications * Knowledge of medical products, standards, policies, and procedures. * Being compassionate and respectful towards the patients and their companies * Mindset focused on solving problems for patients * Ability to effectively collaborate with team members including front desk staff, other technician, clinic?s managers. * Prior experience in a medical imaging clinic is a plus * Ability to commute/relocate before starting the work *Job Responsibilities:* * Perform timely and quality X-Ray procedures * Greet and explain the procedures to patients and answer their questions to reduce anxieties and obtain patient cooperation * Ensure operation of X-Ray equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements; following manufacturer?s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques * Check supplies in X-Ray rooms and notify Front Office Manager of any needed supplies * Cleans all equipment using disinfectant techniques before and after each patient use *Benefits:* * Competitive Salary * A comprehensive Health Benefits package (Medical, Dental, & Vision premiums paid) * Professional Services coverage (chiropractor, massage therapist, physiotherapist, psychologist, speech therapist, and more) *Schedule:* * Weekdays: 8 AM - 6 PM * Saturdays: 9 AM - 3 PM *Address:* 9651 Yonge St, Richmond Hill, ON L4C 1V7 Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Expected hours: 15 ? 40 per week Additional pay: * Bonus pay Benefits: * Extended health care * On-site parking * Paid time off Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Weekends as needed Licence/Certification: * CMRITO Certification (required) * BMD Certification (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationRichmond Hill, ON
