\*Overview\* Winmar Sudbury has an immediate opening for a Drywall Taper. The ideal candidate will have experience in drywall finishing and possess a keen eye for detail. Work will be primarily in residential homes for home renovations. \*Responsibilities\* - Prepare walls and ceilings for painting by taping and finishing drywall joints - Apply tape and compound to walls for a smooth finish - Sand surfaces to ensure a seamless appearance - Inspect and repair damaged drywall areas - Work closely with carpenters and painters to achieve project goals \*Skills\* - Proficiency in drywall finishing techniques - Ability to read and interpret blueprints - Experience with caulking and construction painting - Knowledge of carpentry principles is a plus - Strong attention to detail and precision - Maintenance Person skills are beneficial If you are a dedicated professional with expertise in drywall finishing and a passion for delivering high-quality results, we invite you to apply for the Taper position with us.
