We are currently looking for a committed and motivated Maintenance & Warehouse Person to begin work immediately. *Employment Type & Hours:* This is a permanent, full time position (38.5 - 40 hrs/wk). Eligible employees should be able to available to work between the hours of 8:30 am & 5:30 pm, excluding Sundays and Statutory Holidays. *Position Summary:* This person is responsible for general building maintenance and warehouse tasks. *Responsibilities* - general building maintenance - building pallets / minor wood working / fabrication (use of power tools) - receiving / counting stock - unloading freight - preparing orders - loading orders - basic computer work - stocking shelves, counting inventory - boxing / packaging products / kits - maintaining a clean, tidy and safe work environment - yard maintenance (snow removal) \*\* this is a fast paced, physically demanding position *Requirements* - fork lift experience is required; previous training/certification would be an asset - experience related to warehouse work experience would be an asset - ability to take direction, learn quickly, communicate effectively and work as part of a team - ability to read and count accurately, do simple math and write legibly - detail oriented with a high level of accuracy - must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs - must be able to work Saturdays We offer a Benefits Package that includes: Health Spending Account (after 3 months) and a Deferred Profit Sharing Plan & Group RRSPs (after 1 yr). *Resumes must be dropped off in person Monday ?
