We are currently looking to hire a *JUNIOR INVENTORY CONTROL CLERK* to our team at *AIRDRIE DODGE* *Job Description:* The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for incoming and outgoing vehicles and ensuring they are correctly processed. It is a busy and fast paced environment and partners with several areas of the business. Being, concise, accurate and efficient is important when you?re working with the manufacturers. Maintaining an organized environment for all filing is crucial to the success of this role. *General Responsibilities:* * Receiving, accounting for, and paying for vehicles using CDK and coordinating payments with the accounting department * Reporting vehicles sales to manufacturers to ensure accurate vehicle inventory * Organizing vehicle transfers and payment between dealerships * Executing sales and accounting reports on a daily and monthly basis * Submitting all incentives and programs to manufacturers * Stocking in (creating stock numbers and entering the vehicle into ADP) new vehicles upon arrival *Requirements:* * Previous dealership experience and ADP knowledge is an asset * Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite * Able to work and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment *Compensation and Benefits;* _In addition to competitive pay, we offer our employees;_ * Group Health * Dental * Life and Disability Insurance * Pension plan * Paid vacation * Employee Vehicle Purchase Program * Professional work environment, with job training and advancement opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour Benefits: * Company events * Company pension * Dental care * Disability insurance * Employee assistance program * Extended health care * Life insurance * Paid time off Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Microsoft Office: 1 year (required) * Automotive dealership: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
