Our Sobeys Learning & Skills Development team is currently looking for a Change Management Training Manager to support the success of large-scale business transformation and system initiatives.Here's where you'll be focusing:Lead the L&D workstream on large scale organizational transformation programs like major systems implementations or other business transformationsPartner with Change Management and Business Leads to determine and deliver on the end-user training needs of the projectOversee the end-to-end planning and execution of all L&D workstream activities - from the initial workstream planning and project scoping, to securing project resources and team members to execute on the project, into the definition and execution of the needed learning solutionDevelop a wholistic learning solution and approach that aligns with best practices and industry standards and that supports the advancement of Sobeys organizational strategy and cultureOversee the L&D project team and provide direction, support and guidance to the learning team resources assigned to the projectSecure learning vendors and manage the relationship with and performance of external resources to provide quality and timely workPartner with the business and project leads to create an integrated approach to support the human capital needs of the program What you have to offer:Undergraduate degree and/or college diploma in a relevant area5+ years experience working 3+ years experience working in either a Learning or Change lead + years experience in assessing, defining, and delivering on end-user training needed for organization wide system implementations such as ERP, CRM, HRISExperience working with or as a part of an external System Implementor Proficient at managing senior program stakeholdersProficient in managing project scope and timelinesExperienced team leader, adept at empowering team members, facilitating collaboration, and developing talentExceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to foster trust, negotiate, influence, resolve conflict, and collaborate effectively with diverse teamsA strong client and service orientation, along with exceptional consulting and advisory skills and the ability to maintain highly effective relationships with internal and external stakeholdersCritical thinking and problem-solving with a solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to apply logical reasoning to address complex challengesFamiliarity with learning trends and innovations and a keen desire to continuously enhance the learning experience and impact on the businessCertification or experience in Project Management or Change Management is an assetP
