*Overview* Looking for a front end worker to support the machine operator. *Responsibilities* * Work alongside the machine operator * Assisting in set-up and operation of drilling and support equipment. * Take notes on drilling depths * Assisting with maintenance and repair of drilling and support equipment. * Communicating with the crew to maintain safety standards * Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, including removing debris and hazardous materials. * Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. * Load and unload materials, ensuring they are stored properly on-site. * Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your teammates. * Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed. *Experience* * Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. * Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is advantageous. * Ability to work in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. * Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. * Must be able to follow instructions closely and adhere to safety guidelines at all times.
