Education: Bachelor's degree. or equivalent experience. Asset languages: Hindi. Urdu. Tasks: Ensure appropriate forms, medical examinations and other policy requirements are completed. Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries. Provide customer service. Provide information concerning group and individual insurance packages, the range of risk coverage, benefits paid and other policy features. Sell automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft and other types of insurance. Identify and solicit potential clients. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) licence. Provincial or territorial licence. Insurance experience: Property/casualty insurance. Commercial insurance. Automobile insurance. Fire insurance. House insurance. Tenant insurance. Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract). Credit check. Criminal record check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Tight deadlines. Attention to detail. Sitting. Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Personal suitability: Client focus.
