Position Summary: We are looking to hire a pharmacy assistant whose role is to help in the technical aspects of prescription filling and other aspects of pharmacy operations. The perfect candidate should be able to work within a team in a fast paced environment and able to deliver exquisite customer service. Experience of 2 years in fillware is an asset. What you will do: - Receive prescriptions from patients, assess prescriptions for completeness and accuracy. - Assist in the daily operations of the pharmacy (including but not limited to answering phone calls, communicating with colleagues and patients, and arranging deliveries). - Manage inventory by ordering, receiving orders and organizing inventory. - General housekeeping including filing, maintaining filling supplies (e.g. vials stocks), keeping a clean neat dispensary, and keeping a safe work environment. - Other duties as assigned by the pharmacy manager/the pharmacist on duty. Qualifications: - Experience in fillware is an asset. - Fluency in English. - Able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and within a team. - Excellent communication skills. - Excellent computer skills. We are looking for someone who is willing to work *evening shifts until 7 pm on weekdays, *15 hours weekly with a potential of increasing hours in January, 2025*. *Kindly submit your resume in order to be considered for this opportunity.
