If you're passionate about cars, customer service, and want to be part of a growing, dynamic team, we want to hear from you! *Position Overview:* We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused *Sales Associate* to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right parts for their vehicles, providing knowledgeable recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry, a strong understanding of car parts, and a drive to succeed in a sales environment. *Key Responsibilities:* * Assist customers in person and over the phone to identify and locate the used auto parts they need. * Provide expert advice on the fit, functionality, and quality of parts. * Use the company?s inventory management system to check the availability of parts and place orders when necessary. * Maintain and build relationships with repeat customers, providing a personalized experience. * Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. * Collaborate with the warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts. * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings. * Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and stocked with parts. * Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed. *Qualifications:* * High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required). * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the automotive industry is a plus. * Basic knowledge of automotive parts, makes, and models. * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to customers in a clear and helpful manner. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient in using computers, point-of-sale systems, and inventory management software. * A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset. * Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks related to parts handling. *Why Join Us?* * Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives. * Health, dental, and vision benefits. * Opportunities for career advancement in a growing industry. * A supportive and collaborative work environment. * Employee discounts on parts and services.
