We are looking for a motivated Front Desk Associate to join our team Allendale Team! You will be responsible for growing our memberships and creating exceptional experiences for existing and potential members. Your passion for health and fitness inspires you to help others find joy to lead their best lives! *Responsibilities: * * Execute sales of new memberships and personal training at a high level * Conduct gym tours to guests and potential members * Achieve minimum production requirements and sales quotas * Stay up-to-date on company pricing and promotions * Enthusiastically greet members, prospective members, and guests * Provide exceptional customer service to all members and prospective members * Help enforce club rules and regulations, ensuring facility is clean and safe *Qualifications: * * Previous sales experience preferred * Outbound call experience preferred * Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required * Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and other services * Passion for health & fitness * Basic computer proficiency Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour Expected hours: 24 ? 32 per week Benefits: * Dental care * Flexible schedule * On-site parking * Vision care Flexible language requirement: * French not required Shift: * Afternoon shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Morning shift Work days: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person- LocationEdmonton, AB
