As a Trucking Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the efficient transportation of goods while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for utilizing loadboards and various resources to optimize routes and manage logistics operations effectively. *Key Responsibilities:* *Load Planning:* Utilize loadboards *DAT, Loadlink* and other resources to plan and optimize routes for drivers, ensuring efficient and timely deliveries while maximizing load capacity. *Driver Assignments:* Assign and dispatch drivers to routes, considering factors such as driver availability, hours of service regulations, and customer requirements. *Communication:* Maintain constant communication with drivers to provide updates, address any issues or delays, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines. *Customer Service:* Liaise with customers to provide real-time updates on shipments, address concerns, and ensure exceptional service delivery. *Problem Solving:* Proactively identify and resolve logistical challenges, such as route deviations, traffic delays, or equipment issues, to minimize disruptions. *Documentation:* Accurately complete and maintain records of dispatch activities, including load information, driver logs, and delivery confirmations. *- LocationBrantford, ON
