We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work and telecommunications, with experience in operating Genesys/Purecloud. *Responsibilities:* - *Managing Dialer Systems*: Configuring and maintaining automated dialing systems, such as predictive dialers or auto-dialers, which are used to streamline outbound calling processes. - *Monitoring and Optimization*: Monitoring the performance of dialer systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and optimizing their settings for efficiency and effectiveness. - *Data Management*: Handling and organizing contact lists, ensuring that the data used by dialer systems is accurate and up-to-date. - *Compliance and Quality Control*: Ensuring that dialing practices comply with regulations, such as those related to telemarketing and privacy, and that the quality of calls meets organizational standards. - *Reporting and Analysis*: Generating reports on dialing metrics, call volumes, and other performance indicators to support decision-making and improve strategies. - *Technical Support*: Providing technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to the dialing systems. *Required Skills:* - Software Skills - Dialer Systems Knowledge - Data Entry - Analytical Skills - Communication Skills - Ability to telecommunicate effectively within a team environment - Conflict Resolution *Nice-to-Have Skills:* - Programming Knowledge - Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Integration - Network Knowledge - Knowledge of Emerging Technologies - Vendor Management *Hours of operation:* Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday - 8:30am-5:00pm Tuesday - 8:30am-7:30pm Friday - 8:30am-4:00pm One Mandatory Saturday is required once a month.
