In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in both English and French providing exceptional service and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building.</p><p>The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales and a commitment to achieving targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.</p><p><strong>Duties</strong></p><ul><li>Engage with potential customers through various channels, and in-person meetings.</li><li>Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.</li><li>Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet those needs.</li><li>Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the sales team.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving sales performance.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Proficiency in both English and French is required; additional languages are a plus.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Proven track record in sales or customer service is preferred.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is beneficial.</li><li>A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.</li></ul><p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).</li><li>Experience in sales (B2B/B2C experience is a plus).</li><li>Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.</li><li>Self-driven with the ability to manage time and sales independently.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive Uncapped Commissions Avg $1200 week</li><li>Ongoing Training & Career Development opportunities.</li><li>Be part of a growing team with opportunities to expand into new markets!</li></ul><p>Do you excel in building relationships and closing deals?
