<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for Payroll, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare, validate and process payroll on a bi-weekly basis</li><li>Calculate, prepare and issue documents related to accounts such as bills, invoices, inventory reports, account statements and other financial statements</li><li>Audit customer accounts and administer collections as needed</li><li>Receive payments and process through accounting and banking systems</li><li>Code, total, batch, enter, verify and reconcile transactions such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll, purchase orders, cheques, invoices, cheque requisitions, and bank statements</li><li>Respond to customer inquiries, maintain good customer relations and solve problems as they arise</li><li>Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards</li><li>Perform all other office tasks</li></ul><p> <strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields</li><li>Knowledge with Sage 300/Accpac an asset</li><li>Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel and e-mail</li><li>Knowledge of standard accounting procedures</li><li>Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently</li><li>High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts</li><li>Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills</li><li>Strong work ethic</li><li>Confident, consistent, decisive personality</li></ul></div>Company Description<div>InKan Limited is a family-owned company with a superior reputation in the commercial glass and metal industry.</div></div><h3>Company Description</h3><div>InKan Limited is a family-owned company with a superior reputation in the commercial glass and metal industry.</div>- LocationBrampton, ON
