*Job Overview* We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and utilize various project management tools to drive efficiency and success. *Duties* * Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. * Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. * Monitor project progress and performance using tools such as Trello, Confluence, and SharePoint. * Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure transparency and address any issues promptly. * Implement Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban to enhance project delivery processes. * Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking project-related tasks and managing client relationships. * Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities. *Experience* * Proven experience in project management or product management roles. * Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information effectively. * Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Confluence, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies. * Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. * Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
