*OVERVIEW*: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Website and Social Media Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the online store, Website SEO, creating and managing Google and Meta Ads. Associate will manage media-related tasks to support our seasonal collections and ensure smooth operations between online and physical store locations. *RESPONSIBILITIES*: - Develop a comprehensive seasonal inventory plan, including delivery timelines for each store location, specifying sizes and colours ordered. - Input new styles and colours into the online store, ensuring all pricing information is accurate and up-to-date. - Collect high-quality imagery from supplier B2B sites for new seasonal collections to support marketing efforts, such as email marketing, social media and text message marketing. - Prepare monthly delivery plans and newsletters. - Ensure timely updates of new styles on the website. Knowledge of Wordpress and WooCommerce is essential. - Schedule product postings to align with delivery dates. *QUALIFICATIONS*: - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent attention to detail. - Experience using Wordpress & Woo Commerce. - Experience creating Instagram Ads, Google Ads and Search Engine Optimization. - Knowledge of excel worksheets. - Proficiency in inventory management software and marketing tools, such as Canva, Later, Constant Contact and Instagram. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling programs.
