Kanab is a family-owned cannabis retail store located in North York, Ontario. Our success is based on a strong customer service and welcoming environment. We are in search of an employee with strong interpersonal skills to perform deliveries on a daily basis. This is a newly created position and we are not yet able to predict the volume of deliveries. As such we are looking for someone who lives in close proximity to our store, located at 865 York Mills Road, Unit 18, in North York. We are looking for a great deal of flexibility, both weekdays and weekends, such that you will be called to perform deliveries on short notice in batches. Deliveries will be limited to the North York area. Successful candidates must use their own vehicle for deliveries, have a valid Ontario driver's license and have a clean driving record. Additionally, to remain compliant with retail cannabis industry regulations, we require the following from interested candidates: 1) Cannsell Standard certification (https://cannsell.ca/products/7973-cannsell-standard) 2) Criminal background check 3) copy of your valid Ontario driver's license Pay is $4 per delivery with $0.20 cents/kilometer plus tips. Minimum order total per delivery will be $60 so tips can be expected proportional to that. Employees are entitled to a 25% staff discount for store purchases.
