*What You'll Do*
As the Technical Sales Representative, you will:
* Promote and sell *smart meters* and *energy efficiency solutions* to submetering, utility, and property management companies across Canada.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions that meet their needs.
* Present and demonstrate our products and services, clearly articulating their value and benefits.
* Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, presenting, drafting proposals, and closing.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services aligned to client expectations.
* Provide market feedback on product performance and pricing, ensuring competitive positioning.
* Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
* Travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
*What We're Looking For*
We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial sales professional with:
* A *proven track record* in sales, particularly in *submetering*, *utility services*, or related technologies.
* A strong *network of contacts* in the submetering, utility, and property management sectors.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations.
* An *entrepreneurial mindset*, with experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
* Familiarity with *IoT Technologies*, submetering, and utility management systems is an asset
* Ability to travel regularly across Canada to meet with existing and potential clients and attend industry events.
