We have faith in businesses and their potential and are dedicated to offering them our support. *POSITION SUMMARY:* · Ensure consistent *hunting*/*prospecting* by leveraging best-practice strategies in order to exceed individual sales quota via outbound prospecting and feet on the street · Take in walk-ins and inbound sales leads delivering end-to-end product knowledge as a ?subject matter expert?, solution finder and closer · Follow up with previously sold clients to earn repeat and referral business while maintaining the highest customer satisfaction standards · Ability to run a sales discovery, demo meeting and run a structured sales process · Complete all sales documentation in a timely and accurate manner *WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS: * · Comfortable asking for the sale · Strong in objection handing · Highly motivated self-starter · Tactfully relentless and disciplined · Has a strong work ethic · Outgoing personality; high energy; flexible · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills · Able to connect in both virtual and face-to-face environments with success · Proven track record in corporate used transportation sales preferred · Great attitude and desire to work hard while having fun! *WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY:* · High school diploma or equivalent required · Must be 18 years of age or older to meet insurance requirements for operating a motor vehicle · A valid driver?s license · 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role required with experience in retail, sales or marketing · Knowledge of commercial vehicles: van, light and heavy duty trucks preferred · Must submit to and adequately pass a pre-employment background and MVR screen prior to employment · Open availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays knowing that employees are required to stay until the customer?s purchase is complete and their satisfaction ensured *WHAT WE OFFER OUR EMPLOYEES: * · Robust industry with training and mentorship · Compensation package that includes Medical and Dental benefits · Dynamic environment and ?can-do? culture · Free parking, and free coffee! · Paid training?
